Electrostatic paint has been widely used in the automotive and office furniture industry for many years. In those industries, the painting process is performed in a factory setting. Electrostatic painting uses a high voltage box to actually charge the paint, thus being drawn to a grounded object. This process allows for a factory finish paint job to be done, with little or no over spray. REM specializes in onsite electrostatic painting of anything from old wrought iron fencing, to super market freezer cases. Most, if not all metal items can be sprayed using the electrostatic process. Electrostatic painting offers an environmentally safer alternative to conventional air sprayers. Office furniture, appliances, store fronts, entrance doors, elevator doors, handrails, fencing, and race car frames are just a few items that REM has given a brand new look to, at a fraction of the cost of buying new. REM provides services to the greater Western New York, Central New York and Northern Pennsylvania area. REM is locally owned and operated and its owners are always onsite.
